Seeds Cafe was born from a simple conviction: a great cup of coffee deserves a great space around it. On Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, we've built a neighborhood gathering place where the coffee is taken seriously and the atmosphere never is.
Every espresso is pulled from beans roasted locally, every pastry comes out of our kitchen each morning, and every plate on the menu is built around what's actually good right now. We rotate our pour-over selection by the week and our seasonal menu by the month — because freshness isn't a marketing line, it's a practice.
